Goodwill TalentBrindge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable & Collections Representative to work in the Milwaukee area.

Job Description:

In this direct hire role, you will be working with our client in the construction field. We are seeking a highly organized & detail oriented individual to take ownership of the AR and collections process. This position will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate payment of customer accounts. The ideal candidate for this position will have 3 years proven experience in AR and Quickbooks.


  • Generate and process customer invoices and statements
  • Develop and maintain a good receivables tracking system for managing notices and also for the purpose of protecting lien rights
  • Contact customers for payment updates for those that have open balances while maintaining customer relations
  • Set up and attend biweekly Collection meetings with our staff
  • Handle escrow accounts with customers and financial institutions
  • Execute conditional or final lien waivers, when requested
  • Handle property liens and small claims matters, if needed
  • Provide administrative support to various company departments as needed
  • Provide excellent, professional customer service to internal staff & customers


  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Display a positive and proactive attitude
  • Effective oral & written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Travel approximately 10-15%
  • Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude


  • Associates Degree in related field
  • 3+ years' experience in accounts receivable and/or collections
  • Quickbooks experience required
  • Job Type: Full-time
