Offering a hybrid-remote work environment, the Academy Marketing Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with staff to execute marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with staff to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
  • Drive and engage memberships through networking and marketing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with various departments while building on the family brand.
  • Develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns tailored to specific goal for membership, membership engagement and revenue.
  • Create and edit promotional materials.
  • Utilize all communications channels, including direct mail, print, social media, digital advertising, and e-mail.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and supplementary firms.
  • Develop, track, and maintain marketing budgets.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience within marketing and/or educational communications required
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing and advertising.
  • Copy writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and keep up with market research and trends.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Hubspot.
  • Must have the ability to communicate and work as a team with other internal departments.
  • Travel & Full vaccination for COVID-19 is required!


M-F; two days in office, three days work from home!

$55k - starting salary, negotiable.
